The real estate market is like a roller coaster with both inventory and pricing. Over the past several years inventory has been low and selection slim.I have an inventory of both private owners who are selling, but don’t have their homes listed in the MLS along with select For Sale By Owners who have showing agreements with her. And if I still can’t find you a home then I will actively advertise for you and look for that seller who has the right home.
